NANAIMO – Another COVID-19 exposure event was confirmed at a Nanaimo school.
The Nanaimo-Ladysmith School District announced the evening of Monday, Feb. 1 there was a COVID-19 exposure at Rock City Elementary on Jan. 27.
The school district said Island Health continues to contact trace the potential exposure.
Rock City Elementary is the third Nanaimo school currently listed on Island Health’s school exposures page.
An exposure event at both Bayview Elementary and Qwam Qwum Stuwixwulh were confirmed for roughly the same time period as the Rock City exposure.
